Montana State University-Northern announced two athletes have signed NAIA national letters of intent to play football for the Lights and Coach Walt Currie this fall.
Calon Yeager, a 5-foot-10, 150-pound safety from Simms, will add depth to the Lights' defensive backfield.
"We are happy to get some more local talent at MSU-Northern for the Lights football team," Currie said.
The Lights also signed Ryan Hartwell from Delco, Idaho. Hartwell is a 6-foot, 210-pound linebacker.
"Ryan will provide the Lights with needed depth at our linebacker positions," Currie said.
