Kim Collins and Tessa Cunneen led Montana Power to a 10-6 win over Downtowner in the championship game of the A League city softball tournament July 1 at the Sixth Avenue softball field.
Collins and Cunneen were named offensive and defensive players of the championship game, respectively, for Montana Power, which went unbeaten in three games en route to the title.
Gwen Porter and Kelsey Evans were named Downtowner's offensive and defensive players of the game in the title game defeat.
In the B League tournament, Railroad Pagers' Katie Mariani and Kristin Kittelson earned offensive and defensive honors in their team's sweep of the Lions on the final day to win the league championship.
Railroad Pagers fought back through the consolation bracket to earn a shot at the Lions, who had gone 3-0 to reach the title game.
Railroad Pagers took advantage of the opportunity with wins of 14-3 and 15-7 to secure the title.
Tereyl Shrauger and Lena Suek were awarded offensive and defensive honors, respectively, for the Lions.
