FERNDALE Clifford Charles Grant, 37, died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, the apparent victim of murder in Ferndale.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Highland Cemetery with Bishop Roger Hinckley officiating.
Grant was born March 28, 1964 to Charles F. and Sharon (Brough) Grant in Havre. He
grew up in Havre and worked for the Bureau of Land Management and the Burlington Northern Railroad.
He moved to the Flathead Valley 10 years ago. At the time of his death, Grant was a self-employed logger.
Grant was known for taking care of homeless people and helping them out. He enjoyed the outdoors, animals, especially his dogs, and his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Marie Grant and John and Lyda Brough; a niece, Christina Culbertson.
Survivors include his parents, Charles and Sharon Grant of Havre; brother, Tim Grant of Ferndale; sisters, Wendy Mack of Havre and Michelle Cady of Kalispell; six nieces, a nephew and a great-nephew.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
