Paul Nelson has been named branch manager at Farm Credit Services in Havre. He will be responsible for the overall operations of the Havre office.
Paul joined Farm Credit in 1993 as a credit officer trainee. Since January of 1999 he has been the branch manager in Lewistown.
Prior to that, he was a credit officer in the Glasgow office.
Paul was raised on a small grains/livestock operation in Battleview, N.D. He earned his bachelor's degree in ag economics from North Dakota State University in 1993.
Northwest Farm Credit Services provides financing and related services to farmers, ranchers, commercial fishermen, timber harvesters, agribusinesses and rural homeowners in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
