The Havre City Six-Man League is preparing for another season of play as the beginning of the season nears.
The season will once again begin the second weekend in Dec. Sunday Dec. 9. Times are still 3 and 5 p.m.
There will be a meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the back meeting room at 15 West. Each team needs to be represented by a player or a captain at this meeting in order for teams to be included on the season schedule. The meeting is open to anybody who wishes to attend. If you are unable to arrange for someone to attend the meeting, please contact Tim Messineo to be assured your team will be included.
Please inform your sponsor that the fee is $60 per team and needs to be turned in no later than Wednesday, Nov. 21. Checks can be picked up at the bar, or dropped off at Tropical Stop any time before Nov. 21. Checks should be made out to "Havre City Pool League." Sponsor fees must be turned in in order to have your team included on the schedule.
If you have any concerns on dates, times, rules or anything else, attend the meeting and it will be discussed. Team packets will hopefully be delivered to their bars one week before play begins.
Once again, Sunday, Dec. 9 is the first day for league. Times are scheduled for 3 and 5 p.m.
If you know anyone else who may be interested in forming a team, please let them know about this meeting. We are always looking for new teams.
