EARL WEAVER, Obituary

BIG SANDY Earl Weaver, 74, a rancher all his life in the Warrick community, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2001, at his home of natural causes.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Christ Lutheran Church in Big Sandy with Pastor James Robinson officiating. Burial is to follow at the Big Sandy Cemetery. Fellowship luncheon is to follow burial at Christ Lutheran Church.

Earl was born Sept. 24, 1927, to Elmer and Vona (Thomas) Weaver at Big Sandy. He attended grade school at Dog Creek and high school in Big

Sandy. On Aug. 5, 1950, Earl married Pauline Norden in Havre. To this union two children were born.

Earl enjoyed ranching and going out and working the cows. Earl really enjoyed being able to spend time with his family and friends. Earl enjoyed music and played many instruments and played at many dances over the years. To Earl's grandkids, he was known as "Papa."

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline Weaver of Big Sandy; sons, Alan (Rachel) Weaver and Don (Dolly) Weaver, all of rural Big Sandy; brother, Roy Weaver of Lewistown; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and good friends.
