Jeremiah James Azure, 5 months, died at a Havre hospital Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the New Hope Apostolic Church in Havre.
Jeremiah was born June 15, 2001, at a Havre hospital to Misty D. Azure and Casey Mummy.
Jeremiah was preceded in death by two aunts, Nicole and Dorothy, and great-grandmother, Ruth Ironman.
Jeremiah is survived by his mother, Misty D. Azure; father, Casey Mummy; brothers, Jayde and Daniel Denny; sister, Jessica Azure; grandmother, Sue Azure; grandparents, Vivian and Tom Anderson; great-grandmother, June Azure, all of Havre; grandfather, Mike Mummy of Harlem; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
