GORDON MURDOCK
WHITEWATER Gordon Murdock, 68, died Tuesday, Feb. 20,
2001 at his home in Whitewater of pneumonia.
A memorial service is 11 a.m. Friday at Adams Memorial
Chapel. Interment of the cremated remains will be at a later
date in Malta Cemetery.
Murdock was born June 11, 1932 in
Malta to Robert and Jean (Simpson) Murdock and raised in
Whitewater.
He graduated from Whitewater High School and attended
Northern Montana College in Havre for one year.
Murdock was a laborer for many area farmers and ranchers
and was the grass cutter for many places in Whitewater over
the years.
He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and putting together
jigsaw puzzles.
Survivors include his sisters, Janet Berg and Betty
Schlieve, both of Malta; numerous nieces and nephews.
