Advantage Line adding stations

Advantage Line, Inc. President Mark Hardy said last week that the company's operation in Havre is just about where he expected it would be.

"It's pretty close to where it was scheduled to be at this time," he said.

Hardy said that the main focus right now is training. He said the biggest thing this summer will be making sure the supervisors and managers are fully trained.

"It's not something you can do in 24 hours or a week," he said.

Hardy said in a previous interview that having the center open during the middle of the Christmas season threw the training off a little. He had originally said that he wanted the center open the beginning of September, rather than its actual opening in November of last year.

Hardy said that operations are starting to pick up a little bit. He said the company will probably be hiring some more workstation operators for the Havre center within the next 30 to 60 days.

He said that they are working to expand the operations of the Havre right now. Hardy said they had just ordered additional equipment last week to install new workstations at the Havre center. He said there are currently 30 stations at the center, in the Havre Holiday Village Shopping Center, and he expects to increase it to 50 or 60 this month.
