KREMLIN Dorothy A. Bailey, 84, Kremlin, died Wednesday, April 25, 2001 of natural causes at a Havre care center.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday at Van Orsdel
United Methodist Church. Burial is to follow in Highland Cemetery.
Bailey was born Nov. 6, 1916 to Vernon and Mattie (Hawkins) Hill in Havre. She attended Sage Creek Elementary
School and graduated from Box Elder High School in 1934.
She married Howard Bailey on Oct. 23, 1938 in Havre. They farmed south of Kremlin until retiring in 1976.
Bailey was a 50-year member of Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed making porcelain dolls, cooking, entertaining, doing crossword puzzles and riding around the countryside.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Bailey, who died in 1992; sisters, Beulah Melby and Neva Lambrecht; brother, Charles Cooper.
Survivors include her daughter, Jeanne Martin of Kremlin and two grandchildren.

Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
