ELLISTON Ruth Beaver, 59, died Wednesday, May 9, 2001 at her home of cancer.
The family will hold memorial services on her property on a day to be announced later.
Beaver was born July 28, 1941 in Helena to Lloyd and Nellie Stickney. She attended Helena public schools and graduated from Helena High School in 1959. She attended X-ray school in Billings, lived in various locations and eventually settled in Havre in 1975.
She acquired property on the Little Blackfeet in 1994 and built a home to share with her children and grandchildren.
Beaver enjoyed working in the outdoors, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Jeff Beaver of Fort Shaw and Laura Boyce of Warrick; sisters, Joyce Morley of Anaconda and Betty Brown of Helena; three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; many close friends and relatives.
