With 36 years of combined real estate experience, local realtors Kim Cripps, Judy Sinclair and LeRoy Wenz know a thing or two about selling houses.
The three pooled their knowledge and skills recently to realize a dream that has been several years in the making.
Now fully up and running, Havre Montana Realty is serving the Hi-Line community from Chester to Harlem with its three full time realtors, who couldn't be happier with their new venture. After one month in operation, Cripps said that community support has been overwhelming. "It's been just incredible," she said.
"Phenomenal even, " Wenz added.
Havre Montana Realty specializes in all types of real estate services, including rental properties, commercial and ag. Wenz alone has over eight years of federally subsidized housing experience, in addition to extensive rural agricultural management. Each realtor brings his or her own unique experience and ability to the team, Sinclair said.
