Havre's Townhouse Inns will be hosting Montana Superhost customer service seminars on June 21 and 22.
The seminars are for anyone who has contact with the public, and promise to teach employees how to dazzle both local customers and out-of-town visitors.
Superhost seminars focus on keeping the employees of public facilities such as hotels, gas stations, restaurants and offices up to date on area attractions and resources. The seminars promise to teach employees how to improve communication, provide useful information and project a professional image to visitors.
"Basically what Superhost teaches is how to upgrade customer service skills," said Kate Hillson of the Town House Inns of Havre. Hillson said that the Town House has been a Superhost business for several years.
The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce is working in conjunction with the Town House to promote the seminars to local businesses. The price for the seminar is $15 per person for chamber members and $20 per person for non-chamber members. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Thursday's session lasts from 1 to 4:30 p.m. and Friday's lasts from 8:30 to noon. For more information contact the Town House Inns, 265-6711.
