U.S. Sen. Max Baucus will stop in Havre next Friday as part of a tour along the Hi-Line.
Baucus will be holding a breakfast meeting at 7:30 a.m. at the Park Restaurant.
According to Baucus aide Bill Lombardi, the senator is traveling the Hi-Line to meet with farmers, ranchers, and small business people to hear their concerns and answer questions.
Lombardi described the trip as part of an effort to gather comment on the upcoming farm bill how it will impact local producers and what they like or don't like about the bill.
Lombardi said Baucus also will be available to discuss the passage of the recent $1.3 trillion tax cut bill.
The breakfast is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.
