Practices for all fall sports for the Havre Middle School begin on Wednesday immediately after school.
Cross country practice starts at 3:05 p.m. and all girls in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades are eligible to participate. The parent meeting for cross country is scheduled for Thursday at 4 in the middle school assembly room. Kari Filius will be coaching the teams this fall.
Practice for eighth grade girls basketball is slated to begin at 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday. Practice for the eighth-grade team will run until 5 p.m., while the seventh-grade team practices from 4:30-6:30. The girls basketball parent meeting will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday in the assembly room.
Football practice also begins Wednesday for seventh-and eighth-grade boys. Football gear will be handed out to the eighthgrade team after school, and the seventh-grade team will be able to pick up gear afterward. The seventh-grade team should be done getting its gear between 5 and 5:30 p.m. The parent meeting for football is set for 6 p.m. Thursday in the assembly room.
All athletes must have their physical forms completed and turned into the office in order to practice.
