Donald C. Seidel, 81, former Havre resident, died in Great Falls on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001. Services will be in St. Luke's in Great Falls.
Donald was born March 11, 1920, at Chinook and grew up in Havre, graduating from Havre High School in 1938. He was in military service during WW II. He returned to Havre to work for Great Northern Railway until moving to Garneill and Ross Fork to farm. After retirement, he lived in Great Falls.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Angie, on Nov. 6, 2001; son, Donald, in 1968, and an infant granddaughter.
Survivors include his daughters, Patty Seidel, Tina Seidel and Michelle Seidel, all of Great Falls, and Donna Jellison in Louisiana; sisters, Gertrude Loveland of Portland, Ore., Marian Dumas, Dorothy Cormany, Agnes Millner and Loretta Fredrickson, all of Havre; brothers, Ray Seidel of Olympia, Wash. and Joe Seidel of Havre; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
