SHIRLEY ANN (WELLS) SWAN
LOVELL, Wyo. Shirley Ann (Wells) Swan, 44, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001 in a Lovell hospital of liver complications.
Wake was Wednesday at the Rocky Boy Catholic Church. Funeral service was today at 11 a.m. at the Rocky Boy Catholic Church with the Rev. Pete Guthneck officiating, with burial to follow at the Rocky Boy Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at the Rocky Boy Catholic Church.
Swan was born in Fort Belknap to Peter and Rose (Courchane) Wells on Sept. 18, 1956. She attended the Box Elder Schools.
Swan married Pete Swan, but they later divorced. She married Lovell "Bud" Wayne Jackson in 1982.
Swan enjoyed making quilts, gardening, cooking, canning, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Duane Wells; and a sister, Veronica (Wells) Richey.
Survivors include her husband of Lovell, Wyo.; daughters, Naomi Moreno of Billings and Kari Enno of Turtle Mountain, N.D.; son, Thomas Swan of Butte; brothers, Roger Wells, Samuel Wells, Carl Wells all of Havre, and Bruce Wells of Anchorage, Alaska; sisters, Mary Corcoran and Wilma Wells, both of Havre; and three grandchildren of Billings.
Memorials may be made to a person's choice.
