NORMA NIELSEN
STUART, Fla. Norma Nielsen, 70, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001, at a Port Salerno, Fla. hospital of natural causes.
A memorial service was held at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City, Fla. on Jan. 28. Burial was private in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
Nielsen was born Nov. 20, 1931 in the Wendland Hotel in Rudyard to Otto and Anna Kinder. She attended grade school in Rudyard. The family later moved to Havre and she graduated from Havre High School.
After graduation, she moved to Arlington Heights, Ill. While there, she met and married Charles H. Nielsen. They made their home in Illinois until their move to Stuart, Fla. about 15 years ago.
Nielsen was a real estate broker in Stuart for 10 years. She was the co-owner of The 3 Little Devils amusement park and dive shop in Baraboo, Wis.
Survivors include her husband, Charles H. Nielsen Sr. of Stuart; sons, sons, Charles H. Nielsen Jr. of Balsam Lake, Wis., Dale J. Nielsen of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Kirk B. Nielsen of Jacksonville, Fla.; sister, Gen Nelson of Billings; brother, Dale Kinder of Chino, Calif.; eight grandchildren; three nephews, and three nieces.
