Vigilante Theater returns to Northern April 12

By Tim Leeds

The Vigilante Theater is returning to Montana State University-Northern on Thursday, April 12, to perform their own version of a survivor game show program.

Vigilante actors John Hosking, Rhonda Smith, Angela Funk and David Mills-Low will portray four remaining contestants of a game of survival on a tropical island. The audience of the play will be former contestants of the game, who were voted off of the island early and invited back for one last night.

When the performance begins, one of the four remaining has disappeared, and the audience has to help determine the outcome of the play, possibly complete with " basking in balmy breezes  savoring roast boar sizzling on a spit  mystery, mayhem and murder?!"

The Vigilante Dinner Theatre begins at 6 p.m. in the SUB (Student Union Building) Ballroom. Tickets are limited and available at the SUB Information Desk at $25 for adults, $10 for Northern students without a campus meal plan, and free for Northern students who have purchased a campus meal plan. Students with a meal plan must sign up by April 10 to attend the production.

Proceeds from the production, sponsored by the MSU-Northern Program Council, will go for supplies for the children of the Women's Shelter for Liberty, Blaine and Hill counties.
