The Havre area was hit with a fierce summer thunderstorm this weekend. The storm caused various minor electrical problems in the area, according to Montana Power Co. area manager Pat Patterson.
The town of Chester lost power late Saturday and three transformers in the Chinook and Harlem areas were damaged by lightning. The problems were quickly repaired, Patterson said. "We survived it pretty well."
