There's a new technical service in town for those with computer woes, and it's available 24 hours a day.
LlenniuqPC offers computer support, repair and construction for homes and businesses, on call day and night. Clayton "C.J." Quinnell Jr., president, chief operating officer and co-owner of LlenniuqPC, is a Microsoft Computer Service Center-certified technician and has a technical degree in computers.
Llenniuq is Quinnell spelled backwards and is pronounced loon-ik.
Quinnell said he enjoys helping customers understand how their computers work, as well as creating a quality computer to suit the customer's needs. Quinnell and his fiancee, Shannon Hayward, run the business from their home in Havre.
LlenniuqPC can custom-build computers to perform specific functions or to run specific programs. Quinnell said the company can make business and personal computers more "user-friendly" and prides itself on providing quality service at an affordable price.
Quinnell said he got the idea to open a computer business after he purchased a PC for his home and found out it was not at all what he expected. He said he was discouraged that the average cost for computer repair in Havre runs about $50 per hour.
Quinnell said that when he fixes a computer, he attempts to explain the problem and its cause to the customer so that the customer can avoid further problems. He said he is even willing to train customers on the basic use of their computer's programs.
"I'm good at putting the programs in perspective for the customer," he said.
Quinnell said he feels like he's "breaking the rules" of computer repair by offering low prices and friendly, informative service. He said he enjoys explaining how computers work in language the customer can understand and utilize.
In addition to technical service and repair, LlenniuqPC offers a variety of printing services, including business cards and pamphlets. Quinnell does not work on Macintosh computers. For more information, call 265-6430.
