BILLINGS The Rocky Boy Stars, competing in the boys' 11th-12th grade division, went 3-1 in 5-on-5 basketball at the Big Sky State Games to place third overall last weekend.
Rocky Boy defeated Columbus 58-36 and Northeast Montana Road Warriors 56-46 before falling to the Bozeman Hawks 65-51 in the semifinals.
But the Stars came right back to defeat Billings Central 63-60 in the game for third and fourth place to earn the bronze medal.
Team members include Clayton Houle, Mike Morsette, Marcus Standing Rock, Jeff Henry, Dustin Sunchild, Jerome Gopher, Craig Gopher, Adam Demontiney, Mike Seaton and Josh Seaton.
The team was coached by Tim Henry.
