Children who attend St. Jude Thaddeus School run in the school's 16th annual Jog-A-Thon fund-raiser. The children collected pledges from area residents for each lap they ran today around the school gymnasium. People also could donate without pledging for laps.
More than 200 children, from grades preschool through eighth, participated in the one-hour run to raise money for the school's budget. The school hopes to raise $30,000 through the event.
