Kevin Schutz, 46, of Havre, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2001, at a Rapid City, S.D., hospital.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Will Funeral Chapel in Mitchell. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Will Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
Schutz was born Aug. 3, 1955, at Aberdeen, S.D., to Harvey and Leda (Carley) Schutz. He graduated from Mitchell High School in 1974.
He entered the U.S. Army and after his release from the military attended Mitchell Area Vo-Tech. He graduated in 1979 as a communication technician and was employed as a telephone technician with Triangle Telephone Cooperative.
Schutz was a member of Ducks Unlimited.
Survivors include his parents, Harvey and Leda Schutz of Mitchell; brother, Allen Schutz of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Laurie Johnson of Mitchell and Karen Rutar of Lennox, S.D.
