ROGER LITTLE, Obituary

GERALDINE Roger Marion Little, 56, died at his home in Helena Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, surrounded by family, after a brave battle with cancer.

Mass and burial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Geraldine.

Roger was born Oct. 10, 1945, in Havre and raised in Geraldine. He graduated from Geraldine High School and attended two years of college in Billings and Bozeman.

He moved to Helena in 1980, and during the past several years Roger worked as a roofer, installing and maintaining many of the roofs of commercial buildings in Helena and surrounding communities. He took great pride in his work.

Roger enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing. He was a past member of the American Legion. He felt his greatest success were his two daughters, whom he loved very much.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Marion W. Little Jr., and his grandparents, Marion Little Sr. and Alida Clark Little, and Joseph and Theresa Ludwig.

Survivors include his best friend and mother of his children, Sharon Little; daughters, Jill and Jennifer; mother, Evelyn Little of Helena; brothers and sisters, Alida Olson, Bette Moe and Jim and Richard Little, all of Helena, Barb Arps of Augusta, Theresa Little of Denver, Larry Little of Geraldine, Tom and Joe Little of Great Falls, Marty Little of Ulm, Mark Little of Schenectady, N.Y., John Little of Anacordes, Wash., and Tim Little of Issaquah, Wash.; many aunts, uncles, brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
