The Havre Lions Club will host the State of Havre meeting in the Hill County Electric hospitality room on Wednesday.
Guest speakers will include Havre Mayor Bob Rice, Police Chief Kevin Olson, Mike Zook of the Farm Service Agency and possibly Hill County Sheriff Greg Szudera.
The annual meeting is hosted by a different Havre service organization each year. Last year's was hosted by the local Rotarians.
"We like to know what our economic status of the town is and how the role of the volunteer service clubs can help," said Tony Dolphay, president of the Havre Lions.
The meeting will begin at noon and last until 2 p.m. Lunch will be served for $5 a plate.
To make a reservation, contact Dolphay at 265-5528 by Monday.
