GILDFORD Courtney Jennifer Stahl, 1.5, died from complications of cerebral palsy on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002, at a Great Falls hospital.
Courtney's funeral was 12:30 p.m. today at Gildford Colony Hutterian Church. Burial was to follow at Gildford Colony Cemetery.
Courtney was born Sept. 1, 2000, at Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. The only child of Richard and Rosa Stahl, her short life was spent with the loving care of her family at the Gildford Hutterite Colony. Courtney loved to be cuddled and always responded with her precious smile. This special little girl will always be remembered by those who knew her.
Courtney was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Mike Stahl.
Survivors include her parents, Richard and Rosa Stahl of the Gildford Colony; maternal grandparents, Elias and Annie Stahl of Atzikom, Alberta; paternal grandparents, Fred and Susanna Stahl of Gildford Colony; maternal great-grandmother, Susanna Stahl of Cranford, Alberta; paternal great-grandparents, Paul and Katie Stahl of Gildford Colony; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
