GLASGOW Ty Alan Cook, 16 months, died Feb. 13, 2002, at a Great Falls hospital from a congenital birth defect.
Funeral was held Feb. 16 in Glasgow with burial in Highland Cemetery in Glasgow.
Ty was born Sept. 20, 2002, in Great Falls to Scott and Brenda Cook of Glasgow.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Hannah in 1995.
Survivors include his parents, Scott and Brenda Cook of Glasgow; brother, Scott Michael Cook; grandparents, Dianna and Cliff Isakson of Glasgow; grandmother, Patricia Hayes of Havre; great-grandfather, Michael Farley of Havre; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bell Mortuary of Glasgow was in charge of arrangements.
