Montana State University-Northern football coach Walt Currie has added two more football players to his roster.
Ryan Banks and Colt High will join the Lights in the fall. Both are from Twin Bridges High School.
Banks, a 6-foot, 210-pound defensive tackle, was selected to the first team all-conference as a center and first team all-conference nose guard. Banks was also named as an honorable mention to the all-state team as a center.
"Ryan is the type of young man who will grow into a good defensive end at our level," Currie said. "The big plus is that he is also an outstanding student."
High is a 6-foot-1, 165-pound receiver who earned academic all-state football, basketball and track honors. He also received an honorable mention award as a defensive end and as a receiver.
"We feel that Colt will make a great possession type receiver and it's great to have another good student athlete," Currie said.
