Construction to repair a broken water line in front of Rich's Radiator Repair blocked traffic for two days last week.
Employees from Patrick Construction Co. started working on the broken water line, located between First and Second Avenue West on Second Street, on Wednesday. The street was blocked off on Thursday.
"I've noticed the problem for about a month and a half now," said Rich Dorcheus, owner of Rich's Radiator Repair. "The water pressure just kept getting lower."
