The swimming season is winding down and the Havre Blue Ponies are now beginning to prepare for the state tournament Feb. 1-2 in Missoula.
In Havre's last meet before state, the Ponies traveled to Helena to face a menagerie of Class AA teams. The Havre girls placed sixth out of 11 teams with 73 points, while the boys placed eighth with 22 points. In the overall standings, the Ponies placed seventh with 95 points.
