The Wild Rose Harmonizers are giving a concert April 14 at 3 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church in the social hall.
The Harmonizers are a group of women who sing barbershop style. Members of the group include Laverne Miller, Ellena Nelson, Cheryl Stern, Lindy Davies, Jackie Hanson, Heather Hinckley, Heather Hofmann, Nancy Ebel, Kim Klein, Lois Kuhn, Diana Smith, Hazle Stuker, Delores Brandon, May Johnke and director Kay Hammler.
They practice weekly and present several performances during the year. Their repertoire is varied and includes a range of sacred and secular selections.
Featured in the concert will be the Bear Paw Quartet with Ruth Carlson, Mary Stevens, Ellena Nelson and Kay Hammler. Their selections include Tchaikovsky, Bach, Von Weber and Sibelius.
Also featured will be flute duets played by Jeannie Kolis and Ellena Nelson, accompanied by Kay Hammler.
There is no admission charge.
