EDMONDS, Wash. Nina Francis Rodgers, 83, of Edmonds,

Wash., died Jan. 18, 2002, in Edmonds.

She will be buried at Spring Canyon Cemetery in Grand Coulee, Wash., next to her husband, Clarence V. Rodgers, who preceded her in death.

She was born April 25, 1918, in Amos to Kate and Hart Ervin. She grew up in Havre.

She married Clarence V. Rodgers and they spent most of their lives in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon.

She recently resided at the Edmonds Retirement Inn.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret M. Knutsen, Rosealma F. Hofhenke, Katherine L. Ervin, Alice B. Reese; brothers, Joseph L. Ervin and Richard F. Ervin.

Survivors include her daughters, Nina Rodgers Clevidence of Beaverton Ore., and Fran Rodgers of Kennewick, Wash., stepsons, Harvey Rodgers of Kennewick, Wash., and Teddy Rodgers of Sidney; sisters, Mabel G. Rodgers of Beaverton, Ore., Wanda I. Fonburg of Clarkston, Wash., Donna L. Hamblock of Havre; brothers, Helon M. Ervin of Edmonds, Raymond H. Ervin of Oroville, Calif., Bobby R. Ervin of Edmonds; many nephews, nieces and stepgrandchildren.
