    Lincoln-McKinley Primary School third-graders Aiyana Kirn and Ela Harber have each read more than 1 million words this partway through the school year. Jane Leinwand, the girls' teacher, said the girls are in the Accelerated Reader program. Jon Tester and Steve Daines have introduced legislation that would designate the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians a federal tribe, both lawmakers said in a joint press release Friday.
