Alice Elaine Hemphill passed away on Nov. 16, 2015, at St. John’s Lutheran memory cottage in Billings, Montana. Alice, affectionately known as “Camie,” was born on Feb. 12, 1922, in Big Timber, Montana, to John and Edith Patterson Cameron. The FBI is investigating allegations that a man took a vehicle without permission and ran over its owners while trying to evade them Friday afternoon.
