    HELENA — A Thompson Falls lawmaker wants Montanans to have the option of hunting with a hand-thrown spear. The Independent Record reports the Senate Fish and Game Committee discussed Republican Sen. Greg Hinkle's bill on Tuesday, and nearly voted to approve it.     State police are investigating the death of a 20-year-old pedestrian who was hit by a car outside of Havre. The Hill County Sheriff's Office received a report at 4:18 a. m.
