Havre Public Schools Superintendent Andy Carlson said the high school is open again and will stay open until 7 p.m. so students can come to pick up books and anything they left behind when the school was suddenly evacuated shortly before noon..     A bill that would raise Montana’s minimum wage to $10.10 a hour has been introduced to the state Senate by Sen. Jonathan Windy Boy, D-Box Elder.     As of this morning at 8:30, only two people have filed to become candidates for the chair position on the Chippewa Cree Business Committee of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation. Sen.
