    HELENA — The state House overwhelmingly approved a bill making it illegal to kill an unborn child except in cases of medical procedures. Supporters say there are enough safeguards in the bill to protect a woman from being charged in some way for the death of her own unborn child. They say the bill has nothing to do with abortion and opponents failed in an attempt to have the bill specifically exempt abortion by name.     HELENA — A bill that would prohibit Montana wildlife officials from relocating Yellowstone National Park bison is being heard in a state Senate committee. Senate Bill 144 sponsored by Republican Sen. John Brendan would ban Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks from moving bison anywhere in the state except the National Bison Range. She was born April 17, 1928, at Rock Port Colony in Alberta, Canada, to Joseph J. and Rebecca A. (Wipf) Waldner. She married lifelong sweetheart, Joseph J. Waldner Sr., in August 1954.
