    MISSOULA (AP) — Montana coach Mick Delaney has announced the suspension of three football players for violating team rules. Delaney said Monday that linebackers Nick Holt and John Kanongata'a and center Kjelby Oiland are suspended for Saturday's game against Weber State and will not be traveling with the team to Ogden, Utah. Delaney declined to say why the players were suspended, but says it did not involve law enforcement.   • BNSF works to solve Harlem crossing problems

    People have been complaining for months about how BNSF trains have been parked on the railroad crossing on Highway 241 between Harlem and Turner, causing traffic delays.     BILLINGS (AP) — A hitchhiker from West Virginia has pleaded guilty in Montana to criminal charges brought after he falsely claimed to be the victim of a drive-by shooting.     HELENA (AP) — A jury has ordered a defunct Montana medical marijuana business to forfeit $1.7 million now that all four of the business' partners have been convicted of federal drug crimes.     BILLINGS (AP) — Billings police evacuated a mall after dozens of people were sickened by bear spray used during a confrontation between two teenagers over a girl.     After years of Cottonwood Elementary School sending a bus to pick up students inside Havre, the district now has an agreement that gives them permission. The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees voted unanimously at their meeting Tuesday afternoon to approve an annual inter-district agreement that allows a Cottonwood bus to stop at the First Lutheran Church on 6th Avenue.     HELENA (AP) — Former Attorney General Joe Mazurek died Tuesday due to complications from Alzheimer's disease. He was 64.
