    The final night of the regular season for the Rocky Boy Stars couldn't have gone any better. Behind a barrage of 3-pointers, the Class B Stars made it a season sweep of new rival Havre, beating the Blue Ponies 101-71 Saturday night in Rocky Boy.     For the second straight Class B-C state wrestling tournament, final's night proved rough on the Harlem Wildcats. But it didn't start out that was as senior Seth Adams capped off a brilliant season by winning the 220-pound state championship. Havre came back strong after the semifinals Saturday morning, as Logan Pleninger (113), Grayson Brenna (120) and Thomas Gruber (132) came back finish third, while Kody Pribyl (145) and Dustin Odegard (182) finished fourth.     Harlem's Shay Snider, Teague Jones and Seth Adams all made it back to the state B-C finals after semifinal wins Saturday morning at the Billings Metra.     MISSOULA (AP) — The U.S. Department of Justice said Friday it found disturbing problems in the way the Missoula County Attorney's Office prosecutes sexual assault cases. Prosecutors are not adequately trained for sexual assault cases, they give those cases low priority and they often treat victims disrespectfully, the department said as it released a 20-page report after a nearly two-year inquiry.
