The Great Northern Fair Board will seat two new members when it holds its monthly meeting tonight. The annual Hi-Line Film Festival at Atrium Mall is being expanded into a New Idea Expo. Havre Police Department Officers made two arrests after a caller at 16th Avenue and 2nd Street reported Monday at 1:17 p.m. that someone shot out her window. Kay (Conrad) Schellin, 72, died of complications from pneumonia on Feb. 13, 2016, in Havre, Montana, surrounded by her family. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Chinook with a reception to follow. Barbara A. “Bobbie” Williams, 77, of Mesa, Arizona, went home to our Lord on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, at her daughter’s home in Corvallis, surrounded by her family. She was born May 24, 1938, in Boston. Barbara moved to Guam in 1968 where she lived until 1976 when she moved to Montana. She lived in Havre and Gildford, and then she farmed with her husband, John Williams in Kremlin. Following their retirement they moved to Kalispell. It was a trough weekend for the Havre Ice Hawks high school hockey team, and by the end of it, the Ice Hawks were playing with just eight healthy skaters.
