  • Motorcycle crash claims 1 life, injures another

    Two men riding a motorcycle in Havre Friday night crashed into a concrete barrier that took one of their lives and seriously injured the other. Shane Paul Boucher, 28, of Havre died after the driver of the motorcycle attempted to make a left-hand turn from 6th Street onto 7th Avenue North at approximately 11:10 p.m. Friday.   • Independent film to start filming in Havre

    By trade, Jorge Olivo, 29, is an airline pilot for Cape Air, but he has recently started putting together a project, "The Last Departure" - an independent film that is scheduled to be released in June. Members of Montana Actors' Theatre in Havre were cast to portray the characters in Olivo's film. Olivo, the director of "The Last Departure," began working for Cape Air in September and moved to Havre in November. Olivo said filmmaking has always been a passion for him. "About... Full story
