    After another deer tested positive for chronic wasting disease in Liberty County, this time in the southern part of the county, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has designated all of Liberty County a CWD-positive area.     With the final precincts counted in the race for the seat in Public Service Commission District 1, Sun River Republican Randy Pinocci held onto his substantial lead and won the race. Pinocci took 44,772 votes to Havre Democrat Doug Kaercher’s 30,183 in the uncanvased unofficial count.     With all precincts now reported in the race for Senate District 14, incumbent Sen. Russ Tempel, R-Chester, appears to be the winner but the final tally when provisional ballots are counted next Tuesday could change that.
