  • DPHHS: Montanans older than 50 need colorectal cancer screening

    From DPHHS The Department of Public Health and Human Services reports that approximately 315,000 Montanans age 50-75 should be screened for colorectal cancer. However, about 40 percent are not currently meeting the screening recommendations.     A man accused of punching his mother so hard she collapsed to the floor broke down and cried Monday morning in state District Court.     HAMILTON (AP) — A former Butte Central High School band director who previously taught on the Hi-Line has been sentenced to five years in prison for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a basketball tournament in Hamilton. District Judge Jeffrey Langton sentenced Scott Yorke last week after the girl testified she twice tried to kill herself. Langton ordered Yorke to complete sex offender treatment while in prison.
