    A man who is accused of cutting his father with a box cutter and running from police officers is scheduled to appear in state District Court Friday at 1 p.m. Kevin D. Trumble is charged with assault with a weapon, second offense partner or family member assault and obstructing a police officer. Labor Director Pam Bucy said wage growth is enticing more workers into the labor market. Payroll employment added 400 jobs in March, while the labor force expanded by 654 workers.
