A Havre convenience store had some problems with gasoline that were passed on to its customers and was working Monday to solve the problem. HELENA — An order of nuns facing child sex abuse lawsuits wants to bring the Roman Catholic Diocese of Helena back into state court, saying the diocese should have to pay part of any judgment against the Ursuline Sisters of the Western Province. A fourth defendant accused of fraud and embezzlement at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation has pleaded guilty. James Howard Eastlick Sr.’s son is scheduled to change his plea May 1, and his daughter is asking for more time to consider changing her plea until she knows what her brother has to say. Rachel Majeres, Havre Softball The Havre High softball team had little trouble in its home debut Saturday against Browning. The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the victim of Sunday morning’s fatal motor vehicle crash. Marcella Has The Eagle was a 50-year-old woman from Harlem in the passenger seat of a van that drove off U.S. Highway 2 around 4 a.m. Sunday. The 29-year-old male driver and 21-year-old male passenger were also from Harlem and were injured in the crash. Havre City Council met Monday to move forward with the Bullhook repair plans and hear from the Recycle Hi-Line program.
