    The newest three members of the Havre School Board of Trustees are Cindy Erickson, Timothy Scheele and Curtis Smeby. Erickson gained the most votes out of the total 928 ballots turned in from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Erickson received 706 votes, Scheele received 597 and Smeby received 545. Mike Arnold was in charge of counting the ballots and said that he was pleasantly surprised with the number of voters who came to Havre High School to turn in their ballots.     Havre City Council unanimously voted to accept a request from the Hill County Health Department to block off city streets for their fifth annual Lil Shot's Carnival and to hear from the Historic Preservation Commission.     MISSOULA (AP) — A Montana man charged with shooting a German exchange student might have been angry over an earlier alleged marijuana burglary from his garage.     I am extremely disappointed that Mark Racicot lacked the courage to attend the review of Barry Beach's clemency application, instead, choosing to deliver his message to the board hours later.     A Great Falls firm will do the renovations on Havre High School and Sunnyside Intermediate School. The Havre school board approved the firm’s low bid at a meeting Monday.
