    MALTA - Armand A. Tremblay, 88, a retired farmer and rancher, died Friday, May 19, 2006, at the Hi-Line Retirement Center of natural causes. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Adams Memorial Chapel with interment in the Malta Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Armand was born Oct. 15, 1917 in Regina, Mont., to Joseph and Evelyn (Scott) Tremblay. He was raised and educated in the Regina community in southern Phillips County. One is even more singular because it has a specific purpose. Doug Langel, Dave Warhank and Mike Wendland of Rudyard are three of several Montanans who particpate in the Montana Cross Country Model T Association's Montana 500 Endurance Run almost every summer. The good news: The elementary district got a 5 percent raise in its annual budget to a total of $6.7 million.
