    HELENA (AP) — A state lawmaker who faces possible impeachment over claims that his campaign took illegal corporate contributions has filed a constitutional challenge to the law he is accused of breaking. Republican Rep. Mike Miller of Helmville says the ban on corporate contributions is a ban on a form of political free speech.     The newest member of the Havre Public School District Board of Trustees, Timothy Scheele, was inducted into the board Tuesday. Curtis Smeby and Cindy Erickson were also sworn in to their positions again on the board at the special 12:15 p.m. Tuesday meeting. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board in a discussion of a variety of upcoming events and issues at the museum and the Wahkpa Chu’gn Buffalo Jump also administered by the board.     When a Havre man volunteered last year to use his expertise selling secondhand items online to help a friend of his wife's sell her parent's estate, he ended up launching a new local business.
