    GREAT FALLS (AP) — A Montana man has pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide in the death of a 25-year-old Havre woman whose body was found in the bathtub of a motel in Great Falls. Stanley Lebeau, 50, entered his plea Thursday for the mid-May death of Tasha Roberts. Court records say Lebeau was arrested on a probation violation late May 16 and told officers he had been hearing voices after using methamphetamine and spice and had killed a woman because she wouldn’t shut up.     A language immersion program within the Rocky Boy School District meant to teach pre-kindergartners the Cree language and increase their readiness for kindergarten is looking to accept up to 20 children for the fall.     Havre City Council member Terry Lilletvedt filed to run for re-election Thursday, her papers filed with the Hill County Clerk and Recorder’s office say. Lilletvedt has represented Ward 1 on the council for four years.
